 STUDENTS OF THE SCIENCE DEPARTMENT HOLD THE 2019 ANN0UAL JUNIOR ENGINEERS, TECHNICIANS AND SCIENTISTS (JETS) DAY

The 2019 Annual JETS Day was held in the school on Wednesday 26th June, 2019 at the school hall with Mrs. R. O. Eze, Head of Science Department, leading the other Science Teachers like Messrs M. N. Solanke ( Chemistry) and H. O. Bello (Biology) on the occasion.

Others schools like Okesuna Senior High School, Lafiaji Senior High School, Isale-Eko Senior Grammar School, Epetedo Senior High School, King Ado Senior Grammar School etc Iwere invited to the occasion.

Scientific projects made by the different schools were exhibited as part of the events for the occasion.

Another of the featured programmes was a Quiz competition involving all the invited schools.

STUDENTS OF THE HUMANITY DEPARTMENT CELEBRATE THEIR DAY
Today the students of the Humanity Department had their annual one-day celebration in the school.

Students of King Ado Senior, Okesuna Senior, Lafiaji Senior and Boys Senior Academy were present for the invitational Debate, which was one of the events for the day's programmes.

There was also a cultural dance and a parade demonstration by the school's Man-O-War members.

The I.R.K. Teacher, Alhaja Ekemode, led the students during the occasion.

MR. AKIM OLAWALE KASALI HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED

MR. KASALI HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED
Mr. Akim Olawale Kasali, the English Language and Literature-In-English teacher, has been transferred from the school with immediate effect.

Mr. Kasali was one of the Pioneer Teachers of the school. He made commendable impacts on the students and the school in general.

Mr. Kasali was in charge of the Debate and Quiz activities in the school throughout his stay.
The students won many larels during his time and this include the maiden edition of the Ibile Education Foundation's Debate competition.

The school management, ably led by the Principal, Mr. S. O. Kazeem, wish Mr. Kasali everything good in his new school, Olomu Senior Community Secondary School.
